Final Sale Policy

All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color or design preference
  • Fit or style dissatisfaction

Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with any of the following issues, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you:

  • Printing defects or misprints
  • Wrong design or incorrect item
  • Damaged items due to shipping
  • Manufacturing defects

How to Report Quality Issues

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email us at support@liplessmusic.com
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Attach clear photos showing the defect or issue
  4. Describe the problem in detail

We will review your case and, if approved, send you a replacement item. Original defective items may need to be returned at our expense.

Processing Time

Quality issue claims are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. Approved replacements will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
